- Can I place an order today?
- No. MINUTES MAIL is pre-launch. There is no cart or checkout on this website, and no product can be bought here yet.
- Why are there no products listed?
- We only list a product once its specification, images, price and availability have been confirmed with the supplier. Rather than publish sample listings, we publish nothing until those details are approved.
- Where will you deliver?
- Delivery coverage has not been finalised, so we are not publishing regions, timelines or fees yet. They will be published in full on a Delivery and Returns page before ordering opens.
- How long will dispatch take?
- We have not set a dispatch commitment yet. We will publish processing and dispatch times only once we can meet them consistently.
- What will your returns and refunds terms be?
- Return eligibility, the return-request period, who pays return shipping and our refund processing target are being finalised. They will be published before ordering opens and will apply from the first order.
- Which payment methods and currencies will you accept?
- Payment methods, accepted currencies and tax treatment will be confirmed with our payment provider and published before checkout is enabled. Nothing is claimed here in advance.
- Can I ask about a specific product before launch?
- Yes. Email support@minutesmail.online or call +971 58 849 4169 and tell us what you are looking for. We will tell you honestly whether we expect to carry it.
- How do I get told when you open?
- Use the launch updates form on the home page. You will receive an email when approved products and full customer terms are published.
- Who am I buying from when the store opens?
- MINUTES MAIL LLC, registered at 411 Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The same company operates this website and the support inbox.
- How do I contact a person?
