Delivery and returns
These terms apply to every order placed with MINUTES MAIL LLC.
Delivery regions
- all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates
Order-processing time
- Orders are checked and packed within 1 working day
Dispatch timing
- Dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of order confirmation
Delivery estimates
- 1 to 2 working days in Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman; 2 to 4 working days elsewhere in the UAE
Delivery fees
- AED 20 flat rate across the UAE
Free-delivery threshold
- Free delivery on orders of AED 250 and above
Delivery partners
- Delivered by our appointed UAE courier partner
Changing a delivery address
- Address changes can be made by email before the order is dispatched
Failed deliveries
- Two delivery attempts are made; after that the parcel is held for 3 days and then returned to us
Cancellation window
- Cancel free of charge within 12 hours of ordering, before dispatch
Return-request period
- Return requests accepted within 14 days of delivery
Return eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging and with all included parts
Excluded items
- Personalised items and opened gift sets cannot be returned
Return shipping
- We collect and pay return shipping for faulty or incorrect items; customers pay AED 20 for change-of-mind returns
Refund processing target
- Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of the return being received
