How a product earns its place
Eight products, four ranges. Keeping the range small is the whole point: it lets us know each item well enough to answer a question about it on the phone without checking a supplier sheet.

One job, done properly
Every item answers a specific daily problem: a desk that will not stay tidy, chargers loose in a bag, paperwork with nowhere to live. If a product only looks good in a photograph, we do not stock it.

Materials we can name
We publish the actual material, finish and lining of each item — coated canvas, recycled polyester, 18/8 stainless steel, uncoated 100 gsm paper. No unexplained claims about premium or luxury construction.

Measured, not estimated
Dimensions and weights on this site are taken from the stocked item, not from a supplier catalogue. That is why a desk tray is listed at 22 × 15 × 4 cm rather than described as compact.

Sampled before it is stocked
We buy a sample, use it for a few weeks in our own office in Sharjah, and check the parts that usually fail first: zips, coatings, lids and stitching. Items that disappoint at that stage are dropped.

Choose by what you are actually trying to fix
Most people arrive with a problem rather than a product in mind. These are the four we hear most often and what we would suggest for each.
My desk is the problem
Start with the Daily Desk Tray for keys, cards and the small things that migrate across a desk, then add the Modular Cable Pouch so chargers stop living in a drawer.
I commute and work from two places

What happens after you pay
Orders are picked and packed from our Sharjah Media City office. Orders are checked and packed within 1 working day, and you receive a courier tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
- Delivery charge
- AED 20 flat rate across the UAE. Free delivery on orders of AED 250 and above.
- Payment
- Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Cash on delivery. Prices include UAE VAT at 5%.
- If something is wrong
- Return requests accepted within 14 days of delivery. Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of the return being received.

Estimates are working days from dispatch and exclude Fridays, weekends and UAE public holidays. Two delivery attempts are made; after that the parcel is held for 3 days and then returned to us. Before you buy
The four questions we are asked most
Our team answers email and phone Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:00 (GST). If your question is not here, ask it — a person replies, usually the same working day.
- When will my order arrive?
- Orders confirmed before 13:00 GST are packed the same working day. Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman are usually next working day; the rest of the UAE takes two to four.
- Can I pay cash on delivery?
- Yes. Card payment is taken on our secure gateway page, or you can choose cash on delivery and pay the courier the exact order total.
- What if it is not right for me?
- Tell us within 14 days of delivery. Unused items in their original packaging are refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days of arriving back with us.
- Do you invoice companies?
- Yes. Office, gifting and recurring-supply orders are quoted individually with a tax invoice issued by MINUTES MAIL LLC.
- Who am I buying from?

Stock notes
Restocks and new products
We add products slowly — usually two or three a season, once a sample has been used long enough to be worth stocking. Leave your address and we will write when something new lands or a limited-stock item is back, and at no other time.
You can ask us to remove your address at any time by replying to any message or emailing the support inbox.
Business and bulk enquiries
For office, gifting or recurring-supply requirements, contact MINUTES MAIL with your product, quantity and delivery requirements. Corporate orders are quoted individually, and availability and commercial terms are confirmed before quotation.
